✦ The Hunt Never Stops ✦
Comics. Graphic novels. LEGO. Board games. Collectibles. If you've built something worth hunting, the Safari wants to hear about it.
Send a Signal✦ The Field Note ✦
Collections don't belong in storage. They belong in the field — discovered, appreciated, and passed forward to the next Scout who needs them.
The Collector's Safari actively searches for collections across Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania. Comics, graphic novels, LEGO sets, board games, trading cards, vintage toys — if you've built it, we want to hear about it.
We're not a pawn shop. We're not a clearance operation. We're Scouts — and we treat every collection like it matters, because it does. Curious how we think about collectibles? Read our Field Dispatches or browse Safari Tours to see how we review what we love.
✦ The Field Inventory ✦
These are the territories we know. If your collection lives here, the expedition is already underway.
Single issues, complete runs, golden age, silver age, bronze age, modern. CGC-graded slabs welcome. Long boxes and short boxes — we want to see all of it.
Action figures, statues, busts, maquettes, and limited-edition collectibles. Opened or sealed. If it belongs in a display case, it belongs on the trail.
Retired sets, sealed boxes, partial builds with instructions and minifigures. Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Creator Expert, Icons — all themes considered.
Out-of-print titles, Kickstarter exclusives, complete sets, and rare expansions. If the box is intact and the pieces are there, the expedition is on.
Vintage and modern trading card sets, graded cards, sealed packs, and complete collections. Baseball, basketball, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and beyond.
Vintage toys, original packaging, pop culture memorabilia, and licensed collectibles from any era. If it has history, it has a place in the field.
Not sure if your collection qualifies? Send a signal anyway. The worst outcome is an honest answer. The best outcome is the start of an expedition. Read the FAQ if you have questions before reaching out.
✦ The Trail Map ✦
Reach out through the Contact page. Tell us what you have — a rough inventory, photos if you have them, and your general location. No pressure. No obligation.
We review what you've shared and come back with honest feedback. If it's a good fit for the Safari, we'll talk next steps. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
We arrange a time to meet — in person across Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, DC, or Pennsylvania — or we work out a shipping solution for larger collections.
Your collection moves forward into the field. New Scouts discover it. The Hunt continues. Nothing sits forgotten in a box. Every Trophy finds its next expedition.
✦ The Territory ✦
We actively buy collections in person across the Mid-Atlantic region. If you're outside our territory, we can often arrange a shipping solution for larger collections.
Outside the region? Reach out anyway — larger collections are worth a conversation.
✦ The Hunt Is On ✦
Don't let it sit in a box. Send a signal. Tell us what you've built. The expedition starts with a single message.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation between Scouts.
